Veteran Commercial Lender Joins New Windsor State Bank
The New Windsor State Bank is very pleased to announce that Charles Buchman has joined the bank in the position of Vice President with our Commercial Lending Department. As a commercial lender Mr. Buchman will work closely with New Windsor State Bank’s commercial customers to develop customized lending and deposit services.
Mr. Buchman is a native of Carroll County and his roots run deep with more than 40 years of community banking experience. Of his approach to commercial lending, Buchman said, “I focus on providing quality service in a timely manner which maximizes the benefit of a loan for the customer. I take pride in working hard to build long-term banking relations that help local businesses succeed.”

Brenda Fisher named Branch Manager of Market Place Branch
New Windsor State Bank names Brenda Fisher as Branch Manager of their Market Place Branch (next to BJ’s Wholesale Club) in Westminster, MD. Brenda has been employed in the banking industry for over thirty years and a Vice President with New Windsor State Bank for the last five years. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Carroll Child Care Center and the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce as Chairman Elect. Mrs. Fisher is a graduate of Leadership Carroll and an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society, the Carroll Hospital Foundation Auxiliary and WISH (Women’s Initiative Supporting Health) at Carroll Hospital Center. NWSB is celebrating its 75th year and the Market Place branch is its newest branch with other locations in Westminster, Taneytown, Mt. Airy and New Windsor.
