Commercial OnLine Bill Pay
Reduce your operating expenses by utilizing technology to expedite and facilitate your business payments.  With our commercial bill pay service your invoices and purchase orders are handled quickly and accurately in electronic formats instead of by checks.  Putting an end to the clutter of paper based payable systems, allowing you to better manage your businesses cash flow.

  • Reduce office expenses such as postage and printed forms (i.e. checks and mailing envelopes etc.)
  • Reduce fraud by controlling internal authorizations and approval levels
  • Funds are not withdrawn from your account until the payment due date you selected
  • Send payments to anyone in the United States, as long as they have a valid U.S. mailing address
  • Set up recurring, occasional, or one-time payments
  • Schedule a payment to pay now or on a future date
  • To insure payments are received by the payee by the payment due date, you should schedule your payments at least 4 business days before the stated due date
  • Payments entered are processed each business day, any payments scheduled on a non-business day (i.e. Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays) will be issued the prior business day
  • Payment guarantee, our online bill pay service will take responsibility for any late payment related charges up to $50 should a payment post after its due date, as long as the payment was scheduled at least 4 business days before the payment due date
  • Receive bills electronically from merchants/vendors
  • Track your finances with an at-a-glance list of your bills, reminders, pending and recent payments (viewable on one screen)
  • Easy to understand and use features such as icons for an ebill, calendar or automatic payment makes paying and tracking bills/invoices a cinch

  • View a summary of the month’s payment activity for your account(s)

  • To utilize the online bill pay service you must have a secure internet connection and your browser must be SSL compliant with 128 bit encryption. NOTE - Two SSL compliant browsers (Internet Explorer and Firefox) are available for free download through the “business banking demo” found on NWSB’s website
  • Business customers will need to “up grade” their DDA account to use this service
  • $5 per month charge for service with first 15 bills/transactions being free then $0.45 for each additional bill/transaction

Please Note - All online bill pay users must enroll for the service and be approved and set up by NWSB
